Pastor Clyde Cunningham, age 88, of the Mooneyham community died Tuesday morning, December 10, 2024 at his home.
He was the pastor of Mooneyham Church of God for 30 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, gardening and building something. He loved to farm. He was a loving father, grandfather and friend.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Faye Cunningham; infant child, Stevie Cunningham; sisters, Treva Keener and Sue Cunningham; brothers, Frank, Melvin, Thomas and Raymond Cunningham.
He is survived by his children, Rhonda (Arnold) Page of Spencer, TN, Rita (Randy) Mayfield of Spencer, TN and Doug (Sally) Cunningham, of Spencer, TN; granddaughter, Whitney (Clay) Cunningham-Kelsey, Jeremy Cunningham and Keaton Walker; brother, Jim (Yvonne) Cunningham, of Dunlap, TN; sister, Avis Austin; several nieces and nephews; and best friend of 60 years, Don Scott.
Services will be held Friday, December 13, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. CST at Mooneyham Church of God with Bro. Danny Lee and Bro. Chris Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in Myers Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. CST until Friday, December 13, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. CST.
