Anthony Lively, age 64, of Dunlap, TN passed away October 16, 2024 at Erlanger Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, WL and Betty Lively.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Lively; daughter, Tiffany Lively, McMinnville; two grandchildren, Justin Lively and Raven Frost; two sisters, Susie (Loyd) Myers, Pikeville and Carma Lockhart, Dunlap; niece, Laura Lockhart; nephew, Kamin Myers; and great-nephew, Koltin Price.
