Betsy Lynn Harris, age 68, of Signal Mountain, TN passed away Sunday, August 18, 2024 at her home. Betsy and her husband Rick were part of the church family at Wayside Presbyterian Church on Signal Mountain. She brought joy and made friends everywhere she went. Even in the midst of prolonged suffering herself, Betsy was a constant encourager and selflessly served everyone around her. Her life was a true testimony of God's faithfulness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Henderson and Beulah Daniels; and brother, Larry Henderson.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Harris; children, Ashley (Brian) Cosby, Jud (Leilani) Harris, Robyn (John) Sutton; her beloved grandchildren, Lydia, Garrett, and Knox Cosby, Emma and Benson Harris, Landon, Parker, Forrest, and Magnolia Sutton; brother, Dan (Laurie Allen) Henderson.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 11 a.m. EDT at Wayside Presbyterian Church located at 2502 Fairmount Pike Signal Mtn, TN 37377. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN.
