Dakota "Kody" Little, age 26, of Schaumburg, IL, passed away in Nashville, TN on July 29, 2024. She was a member of Life Changers Church in Hoffman Estates, IL. Kody was a beautiful soul, who loved her family fiercely and all the people she surrounded herself with in her life. She was the light in all of us. Kody was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald Eugene Little, Carolyn and Lawton Little. Cousins, Caleb Michael Salazar, Jose and Daniel Figeroa-Iribarren.
She is survived by her mother Noelia Little (Ron Gamboa); father, Joshua (Kristin) Little; brothers, Jakob Dylan Little, Contaveion Johnson; sisters, Devon Haley Little, T'zarrhia Rice; grandparents, Frank and Mary Salazar, Stephanie Little, Glenda Sue Manley, Sandra Little, Judith Rice Washam, Jim and Eiline Kirk, and Patricia Barredo; best friend, Fendi; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held Monday, August 5th at 1:00 p.m. CDT at Chapel Hill Historical Church with Pastor Chris Blackwell officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN.
