David Allen Howard, age 58, of Dunlap, TN passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024 at his home. He attended Daus Baptist Church, served in the United States Air Force, graduated for the University of Tennessee Chattanooga with a degree in physics and worked as a EMT for Life Guard. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry W. Howard.
He is survived by his mother, Pauline Howard, Dunlap; brother, Paul W. (Jennifer) Howard, Pikeville; nieces and nephews, Amanda and T.J. Brown, Jillian (Gaither) Barker, Daniel (Amy) Howard and Jacob (Catherine) Brown.
Memorial service will held Tuesday, June 18 at 2:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Darrel Evans officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.Arrangements are by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN. The family will receive friends Tuesday 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. CDT.
