William Chad Sherman, age 38, of Pikeville, TN, died Saturday, May 25, 2024, in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
He was of the Christian faith. He was a loving father, son, brother, grandson and friend to many. Chad never met a stranger or parted ways without a hug and saying "I love you". Chad loved his friends and family. He believed in hard work. He enjoyed making people laugh, being outdoors, and his favorite pastime was raising his son. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Mark Sherman; grandfather, William Erwin Sherman, Jr.; and grandparents, Peter C. and Nova Roberson.
He is survived by his son, William Zane Sherman; mother, Lisa Roberson; sister, Marisa Sherman Davis; brother, Garrett Sherman; grandmother, Catherine Allison England; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2024 from 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. CDT.
