Obituary of Billy Wayne Campbell

Billy Wayne Campbell, age 82, of Pikeville, TN, died at his home surrounded by family on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Billy was of the Church of God faith. For many years he worked at Bill Littleton Chevrolet in Dayton. He owned and operated his own trucking business. In his later years he owned and operated Three Way Auto Sales, where he was known as a shade tree mechanic. Billy also enjoyed singing karaoke, sitting on his front porch in the summertime. He also loved moon pies, R.C, Cola, and just being at home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Delphie Campbell; sisters, Anna Smith, Myrtle Smith, and Dorothy Swafford; brothers, Charles, Huel and William "Cub" Campbell. He is survived by his son, John (Sherry) Campbell; daughters Sherry (Todd) Pendergrass and Tonya (Greg) Lima; grandchildren, Cindra (Brandon) Dye, Breanna (Kevin) Sadowski, Sarah Pendergrass, Dakota (Allie) Pendergrass, Robert Chadwick, Haley Chadwick and Jakob Chadwick, great-grandchildren, Chloe, Drake, McKenzie, Aaylaih, Reign, Walker, Arlis and a little one on the way, Easton; special caregiver and friend, Naomi (Susie) Campbell-Davidson; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Services will be held Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Danny Lee and Bro. Ronny Colvard officiating. Burial will be in Iron Hill Cemetery.
