Rena Seals, age 58, of Dunlap, TN, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Hospice Care Center. She loved to sing gospel music and praise her Lord & Savior. Rena was a loving wife and mother, she also loved spending time in the outdoors. She was preceded in death by her parents, Selby and Lela Mae Seals; brothers, Donnie and Terry Seals.
She is survived by her husband, LaVaughn Seals; two sons, Travis and Jacob Seals; sisters, Linda Seals, Idaho, Sylvia Griego, Dunlap, Tricia Wright, Lebanon; brothers, Selby "Bimbo" Seals, Eddie Seals, Billy Frank Seals, all of Dunlap.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Darrell Nance officiating. Burial will be in Cagle-Mt Pleasant Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Sequatchie County Cancer Support Network. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN. Family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00-8:00 p.m. CDT and Thursday 9:00-1:00 p.m. CDT.
