Carol "Jane" Griffith Jackson 90 , of Hixson, TN passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. She was a loyal and faithful member of Falling Water Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Jackson Jr; daughter, Amy Doux; parents, Willie and Carrie Griffith; sisters, Geraldine Vines and Danny Crowell.
Those left to cherish her memories are her son, Kevin (Toi) McDaniel, LasVegas, NV; son-in-law, Jules Doux; grandchildren, Logan and Meredith Doux, all of Hixson, TN; sister, Wanda Sue McDonough, Whitwell, TN; special cousins, Charles "Buck" (Joy) Johnson, Trenton, GA, and Norma Gray, Hixson, TN; her loving Sunday School Class.
Services will be held Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 1pm CST in the chapel with Rev. Brandon Carder and Charles Johnson officiating. Burial will be at Griffith Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 from 11am to 1pm. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in memory of Jane Jackson to Falling Water Baptist Church or Griffith Cemetery Association of Whitwell.
