Roger Lee Philpott, age 62, of Jasper, TN passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2023. He was a painter by trade and liked to go fishing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Philpott; father, Carl Philpott; infant brother, Ronnie Philpott.
He is survived by two sons, Brian (Susan) Philpott, Jasper, TN and Brandon Philpott, Chattsworth, GA; one daughter, Bethaney (Kevin) Spencer, Corbin, KY; grandchildren, Brandon (Jessica) Moore, Aaron (Courtney) Moore, Dalton Henegar, Edie (Cameron) Duncan, Baron Philpott, Cameron Philpott, Carley Philpott, Christopher Spencer, Connor Spencer, Calleigh Jones, Corey Spencer; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; sister, Doris (Jerry) Boston, Jasper, TN; brother, Charles (Juanita) Philpott, Waverly, TN.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CST at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jim Richardson officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN. No Visitation.
