Dorothy Irene Roberts, age 88, of Pikeville, TN, died Wednesday, June 14, 2023.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Jackie Blaylock and Garry Blaylock; parents, Dedrick and Comer Roberts; ex-husband, Cotton Blaylock; sisters, Lula Ruth, Martha, Ellene, Loretta, Bell Nellie, Lizelle; and brother, W.D.
She is survived by her son, Timmy (Deb) Blaylock of Pikeville, TN; grandchildren, Brandon (Naomi), LeShane, Dylan (Candi), Ashley (Andrew), Andrea and Vanessa; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Anna Mae (J.L.) Kirby, Spencer, TN, Alberta Whited, Spencer, TN; brother, Kelly (Sue) Roberts, McMinnville, TN; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Services will be held Sunday, June 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Lonewood Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. – 9:00p.m. CDT and Sunday, June 18, 2023 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. CDT.
