Bobby Richardson, age 76, of Pikeville, TN, died Saturday, May 13, 2023.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, and an avid farmer. He loved hunting and fishing. He worked at the Farmers Co-op for 30 years, Morgan Pallet Shop for 10 years, Roadbuilders for 10 years and R & R Kuntry Pumpkin Center.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Lee and Opal Richardson; son, Steve Richardson; brothers, Stanley and Clifford Richardson; sister, Linda Measles; grandson, Justin Richardson; and fur baby, Rusty.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Betty Richardson; daughter, Lisa Roberson; granddaughter, Destinee (Matt) Pendergrass; grandson, Brady Richardson; great-grandson, Clay Pendergrass; great-granddaughter, Whitlee Pendergrass; brothers, Robert (Ann) Richardson, Danny (Linda Hobbs) Richardson and Billy (Diane) Richardson; brother-in-law, Donnie Measles; sister-in-law, Lynn Richardson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends; and fur baby, Rocky.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Anthony Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Rigsby Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. CDT and Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. CDT.
