Tracy Thurman, age 65, of Pikeville, TN, died Monday, April 17, 2023, at his home.
He was of the Baptist faith. He spent his life cutting timber. He loved spending time in the woods.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Thurman, of Pikeville; children, Billy (Hazle) Thurman of Pikeville, Josh (Paula) Thurman of Pikeville and Matthew (Cheyenne) Thurman of Alabama; grandchildren, Billy, Benjamin, Kenzie, Fia, Jake, Carson, Bryson, Mason and Olivia; parents, Ralph and Irene Thurman of Pikeville; siblings, James (Nancy) Thurman of Pikeville, Debbie Smith of Evensville, Ronald (Peggy) Thurman of Pikeville and Lynn (Tricia) Thurman of Evensville; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jimmy Jewel officiating. Burial will be in Summer City Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held, Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. CDT.
