Winifred Brown, age 79, of the Brayton community died Tuesday, October 25, 2022.
He was a member of the Brayton Baptist Church and served as a Deacon. He loved his church and was a true disciple of Christ. He enjoyed music and playing the guitar. He loved carpentry and building things.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Emma Brown; brothers, Raymond, Stanley, Bobby Joe, Freeman, Carl and Wayne Brown.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patsy Brown of the Brayton community; son, Jeffery Scott Brown of the Brayton community; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Brayton Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Friday, October 28, 2022 from 4:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. CDT.
