Charles Lee Brown, 81 of Whitwell passed away Friday evening October 21, 2022 surrounded by his family. He was of the Christian Faith. A loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Mildred Brown; sisters, Geneva, Charlene, and Dana.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 61 beautiful years Myrna Hixson Brown; daughter, Tracey Lee (Tommy) Gann; son, Danny (Misty) Shirley; granddaughter, Laura (Kyle) Sellers; grandsons, Levi, Nick, and Mitchell Shirley; great grandchildren, Hannah and Jackson Holt; sister, Rosa Cartwright; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday October 25, 2022 at 2pm CDT at Red Hill Cemetery with Rev. Cecil Baxter and Rev. Bill Stewart officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Reed Funeral Home, 11675 Hwy 28, Whitwell, TN. Visitation will be held Monday October 24, 2022 3pm to 7pm CDT and Tuesday October 25, 2022 1pm to 2pm.
