Annette Hitchcox Morris, age 76, of Spencer, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 28, 2022.
She was a member of Brockdell Church of God. She was a retired factory worker in Spencer. She enjoyed singing and working crossword puzzle.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Ray Morris; parents, Parker and Ida Pearl Hitchcox; two brothers, Dennis and Cleveland Hitchcox; two sisters, Charoletta “Ottie” Rogers and Linda Sue Walker; and great-nephew, Joshua Hitchcox.
She is survived by her sister, Vivian Webb of Pikeville, TN; brothers-in-law, Melvin Walker and L.B. Rogers; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Shirley Dykes; two sisters-in-law, Brenda Hitchcox and Margie Hitchcox; and many other friends
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. CDT at Brockdell Church of God with Rev. David Rogers and Rev. Jimmy Walker officiating. Burial will be in Hitchcox Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2022 from 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. CDT, Wednesday, August 31, 2022 from 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. CDT and Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. CDT, all at Brockdell Church of God.
