Obituary of Dortha Annette Hitchcox Morris

Annette Hitchcox Morris, age 76, of Spencer, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 28, 2022. She was a member of Brockdell Church of God. She was a retired factory worker in Spencer. She enjoyed singing and working crossword puzzle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Ray Morris; parents, Parker and Ida Pearl Hitchcox; two brothers, Dennis and Cleveland Hitchcox; two sisters, Charoletta “Ottie” Rogers and Linda Sue Walker; and great-nephew, Joshua Hitchcox. She is survived by her sister, Vivian Webb of Pikeville, TN; brothers-in-law, Melvin Walker and L.B. Rogers; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Shirley Dykes; two sisters-in-law, Brenda Hitchcox and Margie Hitchcox; and many other friends Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. CDT at Brockdell Church of God with Rev.
