Juanita Reed, age 93, of Pikeville, TN, died Saturday, August 13, 2022.
She was a member of the Pikeville Church of God. She was a business owner in Pikeville for many years, and worked in retail. She enjoyed quilting, crafts, sewing, flowers and her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, William “Billie” Wade Reed, Sr.; grandson, Gary Dwight Tabor; parents, Napolean and Rachel Hale Simmons; brothers, Chester and N.C. Simmons; sisters, Lena Agee, Angie Blankenship, Martha Lou Debord, Ida Milan, Clara Mooneyham, Thelma Simmons and Velma Holland.
She is survived by her children, Shirley (Leslie) Fann, Connie (Larry) Tabor, William Wade (Melynda) Reed, Jr. and Debbie (Dwight) Gardenhire; grandchildren, Brian (Teresa) Fann, Kim (Shane) Stafford, Shana (Tim) Cooper, Dewayne (Regina) Tabor, Chad (Gina) Tabor, Nick Tabor, Cliff (Bbea) Tabor, Jeremy (Greta) Reed, Justin (Amber) Reed and Jared Gardenhire; great-grandchildren, Josh and Sydnie Hale, Brooke and Emily Stafford, Amanda Alivia and Rian Fann, Emilee and Eli Tabor, Will and Mattie Tabor, Douglas Peters and Luke Tabor, Layla George, Finley Reed and William Reed; great-great-grandchild, Cameron Blake Stafford Bice; special friend, Bess Bridgeman; special niece, Carolyn; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. James Dunn and Bro. Leroy Forgey officiating. Burial will be in Pikeville Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, August 15, 2022 from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. CDT and Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. CDT.
