Danny Lynn Morris, age 70, of Dunlap, TN, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022 at his home. He was a Vietnam Veteran and was a retired firefighter/ EMT for Ochopee Fire Control Disctrict.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Morris; twin sister, Deborah Lewis; grandparents, Frank and Ruby King and Virgil and Leona Miller.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Morris; children, Caleb (Lynnette) Morris, Ron (Brittany) Easterly, William (Liz) Easterly, Brittney (Bruce) Abney, Kyle (Jeannette) Easterly, Amber (Marciel) Easterly; gandchildren, Caleb Morris, Jr, Scout (Brianna) Morris, Austin Easterly, Zach Easterly, Ryder Easterly, Gabriel Easterly, Forrest Easterly, Willow Easterly, Rose Easterly, Shelby Easterly, Waylon Easterly, Luke Easterly, Chloe Easterly, Tyler (Allison) Abney, Whiteny (Abraham) Hernandez and Kiara Cardenas; great-grandchildren, Kyson Morris, Karter Morris, Isabella Hernandez and Elliott Hernandez; mother, Violet Rose Hartbarger Morris; brother, Tony (Annette) Morris; sister Melanie (Jay) Bailey; nieces and nephews, Drew Morris, Kayla Morris, Hayden Bailey, Morgan Bailey, Melissa Lewis and Tommy Lewis.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 30 at 12:30 p.m. CDT at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Bro. Steven Taylor officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN. No visitation.
