Robert Floyd McLain, age 80, of Whitwell, TN passed away Monday, May 30, 2022 at his home. He was an United States Army Veteran and a member of the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Hallie Cantrell McLain; brothers, Bill McLain, Charlie McLain, and Jerry McLain; sisters, Dorothy Ladd and Patricia Ivy.
He is survived by his son, Jason McLain; sister, Shirley (Tommy) Roberts; brother, Roy McLain; adopted daughter, Nona (Kenny) Kilgore; favorite niece, Carolyn Dawson; several other nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held, Tuesday, June 7 at 9:00 a.m. CDT at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Reed Funeral Home, 11675 Hwy 28, Whitwell TN. 37397
