Clara Geneva Henry, age 91, of Dunlap, TN, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Erlanger Bledsoe. She was born October 13, 1930. She was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Henry; parents, Bill and Versa Higdon; brothers, Ed Higdon, Willie Higdon, Leslie "Sonny" Higdon; sisters, Doris Higdon, Beulah Mae Neal, Violet Brown, Josephine Osterhoust; granddaughter, Allison McGhee.
She is survived by her daughter, Berta McBryar; son, Clark Henry; granddaughter, Nicole (Fred) Griffith; great-grandson, Micheal Griffith, all of Dunlap; sister, Twanda Herron, Orange City, FL; pallbearers, Ed Nunley, Austin Cagle, Hunter Cagle, Steve Moreland, Drew Bain, Quad Bain.
Graveside services will be held Friday, February 4 at 11:30 am CST, Bryant Cemetery with Rev. Barry Basham officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN. No Visitation.
