Dollie Sue Smith, age 84, of Pikeville, TN, died Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
She was a member of Bethel Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Garland Smith; infant son, Michael Duane Smith; grandson, Austin Freeman; parents, Luther and Versie Swafford; sisters, Pharalee Roberts and Aileen Roberts; and brother Grady Swafford.
She is survived by her sons, Terry (Sandy) Smith and Phillip (Vickie) Smith, both of Pikeville; daughter, Cindy (Gary) Freeman of Macon, GA; 4 granddaughters, Melissa (Jason) Reel, Brandi (Blake) Hays, Lora (Spencer) Stricklin and Dana (Zack) Ballew; 4 grandsons, Christopher (Julie) Freeman, Cody (Cassie) Freeman, Seth (Lita) Smith and Cory (Ally) Smith; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Delores Case of South Pittsburg, TN and Olavene Roberts of Dayton, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. CDT at Collier Cemetery. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. There will be no visitation.
