Betty Marie Morrison, age 72, of the Griffith Creek Community died at her home, Saturday, October 9, 2021.
She was a member of Griffith Creek Methodist Church. She loved her family and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Ray Morrison; and mother, Helen Nunley.
She is survived by her son, Andy (Lisa) Morrison of Whitwell; daughter, Lana Morrison of Whitwell; grandchildren, Chasity (Brent) Cooper, Jadrick Morrison, Garrett (Cassidy) Morrison and Jerrica Akins; great-grandchildren, Javen and Cayden Cooper, Teagan and Ellington Morrison, Everly and Ensley Morrison and Braelynn Lawson; sisters, Barbara Nunley Allen of Whitwell and Beverly Nunley Wyse of Dunlap; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Reed Funeral Home, 11675 Hwy 28, Whitwell, TN. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. CDT.
