Patty Zabawa Capps, age 63, of Pikeville, TN passed Monday, June 7, 2021 from a hard fought battle with breast cancer.
She moved to Pikeville, TN from Savannah, GA and was a devoted member of Pikeville United Methodist Church. She loved flamingos, beaches, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, and spending time with friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard E. Zabawa and Gloria A. Zabawa.
She is survived by her two sons, Steven “Stevie” P. Capps and Christopher C. Capps; her granddaughter, Kara L. Capps; two brothers, Howard Zabawa and Anthony Zabawa, Sr.; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. CDT at Pikeville United Methodist Church. Online condolences can be made at reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN.
