Jack L. Marsh, age 87, of Pikeville, TN, died Wednesday, March 17, 2021.
He was a life long farmer. He loved the outdoors and had a strong work ethic.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Powell and Hortense Marsh; brother, Bill Marsh; grandson, Cameron Slate Marsh; and brother-in-law, Marshel Fields.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Clara Jo Marsh; children, Mitch (Jackie) Marsh of Pikeville, TN and Darlene (Lee) Gribble of Maryville, TN; grandchildren, Chelsea (Wes) Miller, Ashley (Daniel) Shankle, Lucas (Lauren Bayless) Marsh, Taylor (Andrew Branum) Marsh and Garrett Gribble; great-grandchildren, Lane and Barrett Miller; sister, Mary (Max) Swafford of Pikeville, TN and Phyllis Fields of Pikeville, TN; and sister-in-law, Frances Marsh of Dayton, TN.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 19, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. C.D.T. in the funeral home chapel with Min. Steve Brown officiating. Burial will be in Worthington Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. CDT and Friday, March 19, 2021 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. CDT.
