Chad William Songer, age 41, of Pikeville, TN, died Sunday, January 31, 2021. He attended Glenn’s Chapel Full Gospel Church. He loved cutting wood and being outdoors. He loved the simple country life and he loved to eat.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ranzie and Mauree Songer and Harold and Velma Bowman; aunt, Shina Bowman Manus; and cousins, Jason and Amy Bowman.
He is survived by his children, Macey and William Songer; parents, Stanley and Betty Songer; sister, Stacey Songer; nephew, Dakota Songer; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Graveside services will be held Friday, February 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Rev. Charles Weavers officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. CST and Friday, February 5 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m..
The family requests no photography and masks be worn.
