Etta "Susie" C. Carlson, age 73, of Dunlap, TN, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at NHC Healthcare. Susie traveled the world and has now reached her final destination, Heaven. She was a 1965 graduate of Sequatchie County High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Carlson.
She is survived by her daughter, Annette (Jeff) Alvarez, Dunlap; son, Sean (Kim) Krause, Chattanooga; grandchildren, Courtney Alvarez, Nikki (Paul) Massey, Wesley (Margie) Krause, Andrew (Morgan) Krause; great-grandchildren, Emilee, Addyson, Skylar, Liam, Adrian, Alyiana, and Riley.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, January 27, at 1:00 pm CST Rankin Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN. No visitation.
