Betty Ruth White, age 86, of Pikeville, TN, died Sunday, January 17, 2021 at her home.
She was a member of Winesap Freewill Baptist Church. She loved being with her family and taking care of her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ferrill Eldridge White; sister, Lucille Moore; brothers, Clayton and EJ Loyd.
She is survived by her son, Eric (Pamela) White of Pikeville; grandchildren, Betty Jillian (Douglas) Vines of Alpharetta, GA, Sarah Kaye White of Spring City, TN, Rachel Claire (John Mark) Nale of Pikeville, and Peyton Eldridge White of Knoxville, TN; great-grandchild, James Winston Vines; and several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID 19 the family will be having a private service. Burial will be in Akin Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN.
