George W Hodge, Sr., age 91, of Crossville, TN, died, Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his home.
He was a United States Army Veteran where he served in Korea with the 101st Airborne. He was an avid rabbit hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Verla Hodge of Crossville, TN; children, Diane (Pete) Boyd of Pikeville, TN, Sheila (Steve) Britton of Mooresville, IN, Billy Hodge of Pikeville, TN, Sandy (Larry) Loyd of Pikeville, TN, Richard (Michelle) Hodge of Pikeville, TN, Kay Hodge of Crossville, TN, and Daniel (Rhonda) Hodge of Crossville, TN; 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; 2 sisters; and several nieces and nephews
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. CST at Tollett Cemetery. Burial will be in Tollett Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. No visitation.
