Georgia Holland Phillips, age 81, of Whitwell, TN, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Maggie Holland; sister, Peggy Holland, and brother, Paul Holland, Jr. Georgia was of Baptist faith. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Gene Phillips; three daughters, Paula (Steve) Kilgore, Vickie (Troy) Mosier, and Rayma Johnson; six grandchildren, Mitch Kilgore, Owen (Andrea) Kilgore, Hannah (Coty) Francis, Heath Mosier, Lacey (Zach) Thomas, and Maggie Johnson; two great grandsons, Liam Francis and Sawyer Johnson; brothers, Butch (Ginger) Holland and Larry Holland; sister-in-laws, Joyce Holland and Diane Campbell; special niece Shirley Kilgore and numerous Nieces and nephews. Our family would like to thank Maggie Johnson, Shirley Kilgore, Christine Mosier, Susan Nunley, and Angela Powell for their loving care. We would also like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospice of Chattanooga. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. CDT on Saturday, May 16, 2020, at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, TN, with Steve Kilgore officiating.
