Terry Blaylock, age 58, of Pikeville, Tennessee died Tuesday, January 6, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam Blaylock and Beulah Sullivan; sisters, Donna Blaylock; brothers, Jerry Blaylock and Perry Blaylock; and several half-sisters and brothers.
He is survived by wife, Wanda Blaylock of Pikeville; daughters, April Blaylock and Sammie Jo (Troy) Jones, both of Pikeville; son, Almonzo Blaylock, Pikeville; grandchildren, Levi Pharr, Piper Blaylock, Zierra Marshall, Kiera Marshall and Payton Marshall; sister, Susan (David) Smith,; half-brothers, Lynn Watson, Elson Watson, Charles Blaylock and Mac Boyd, all of Pikeville, Denton “Bud” Blaylock of Xenia, OH; half-sisters, Wavaline Troglin of Crossville, Evelyn Williams of Corvin, KY, Frances Rice of Clay City, KY, Lucille Boyd and Annette (Wayne) Blankenship, both of Pikeville, Mildred Gilbert of Spencer and Flossy Haston of Dayton, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Wesley’s Chapel Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 3:00-9:00 p.m. CST and Thursday, January 9, 2020, from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. CST.
