Obituary of Barbara Jean Angel
Barbara J. Angel, age 84, of Pikeville, TN, died Sunday, July 21, 2019.
She was a member of Wheeler Hill Church of Christ. She was a seamstress at several sewing factories in the area for several years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Angel; son, Clayton Leon Angel; and sisters, Ruby, Clara and Jewell.
She is survived by her children, Larry (Rebecca) Angel, Sue (Rabbit) Keener and Dean (Joyce) Angel; six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brother, Gerald Smith of St. Petersburg, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial service at Wheeler Hill Church of Christ on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.. Online condolences can be made at reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. at Wheeler Hill Church of Christ, 97 Rufus Anderson Road, Pikeville, TN. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wheeler Hill Church of Christ.
