Michael "Mike" Jackson, age 47, of Signal Mountain, TN passed away Thursday, July 11, 2019 at his home. He was a loving husband, father, step-father, grandfather, son, neighbor and friend. He loved animals and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, Danny Jackson.
He is survived by his wife, Kristy Jackson; son, Michael Joe (Amy) Jackson, Saulsbury, TN; three daughters, Mary Baggett, Dayton, TN, Leah and Madison Layne both of Signal Mountain, TN; two grandsons, Noah and Alex; mother, Louise Durham, Saulsbury, TN.
Graveside services will be held Monday, July 15, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. EDT in the Baggett Cemetery with Rev. Teddy Ott officiating. A memorial services will also be held at a later date in Bolivar, TN. Arrangements are by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN. Online condolances can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. The family will receive friends Monday from 12-2 p.m. EDT at the Lone Oak Church of God.
