Obituary of Judith Elaine Riggs
Judy Riggs, age 79, of Pikeville, TN, died Monday, July 1, 2019.
She attended Summer City Church of God. She was the owner of Tommy & Judy's Service Station on Dayton mountain.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Martha Cox.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Tommy Riggs; children, Ricky (Darlene) Riggs of FL, Jimmy Riggs of Dayton, TN, Gail (Ronnie) Phipps of Dayton, TN and Brenda (Bobby) Holland of Dayton, TN; grandchildren, Terrea Jane Riggs, Drew and Alex Riggs, Sgt. Jake (Evan) Phipps, Cierra Cha-Cha Lain Holland and Cheyenne Holland; sisters, Charlotte Creason of Dunlap, Rita Farley of Pikeville and Jeanette Davis of Dayton; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and neighbors.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Freddie Marler and Ronnie Phipps officiating. Burial will be in Rigsby Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Friday, July 5, 2019 from 1:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. CDT.
