Obituary of Jerry Dion Mooneyham
Jerry Dion Mooneyham, age 71, of Pikeville, TN, died Friday, February 22, 2019 at his home.
He was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid fisherman and an artist.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Brown Mooneyham and Vera Ulzo Mooneyham; brother, Billy Franklin Mooneyham; and sisters, Dolly Mooneyham, Dorothy Cooley, Gladys Setzer and Pauline Hankins.
He is survived by daughters, Mary (Archie) Fine of Spring City, TN and Sandra (Carlton) Lewis of Pikeville, TN; sons, Brian (Garnetta) Mooneyham of Dayton, TN, Michael (Summer) Mooneyham of Greenville, MO and Don (Brenda) Mooneyham of Pikeville, TN; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Johnny (Irene) Mooneyham of Pikeville, TN and Eddie (Linda) Crawford of Chattanooga, TN; and sisters, Jean (Wayne) Myers and Virginia Gail Stafford, both of Crossville, TN and Pamila (Roy) Simmons and Joyce (Randy) McReynolds, both of Pikeville, TN.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Archie Fine and Brian Mooneyham officiating. Burial will be in Blackburn Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Monday, February 25, 2019 from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. CST and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. CST.
