She is survived by her husband Den Floyd; sons, Shane Johnson, Darren Walters, Dustin Davis, Trent Walters; beloved grandson, Daniel Floyd; sisters Kathy, Karen and Kay Johnson; brother, Anthony (Jody) Johnson; special cousins, Pauline Ansley, Mitsi Smith, Lora McBride; friend and caregiver, Julia "Bug" Long Carter; aunts, Notie Cunningham, Shelba Smith, Paulette Russell, Marie Ladd, Carol Ray; and many other cousins and friends.
