Obituary of Wayne Pendergrass
William Wayne Pendergrass, age 77, died Sunday, July 8, 2018, at his home in Big Lick, Cumberland County, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cilvester Clyde Pendergrass and Nancy Elizabeth Smith Pendergrass; and sister, Marcia Gail Pendergrass.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Lana Sue Tollett Pendergrass; daughter, Cathy Diane Pendergrass Payne of Pikeville; step-son, James Stephen Goodwin of Cumberland Co., TN; sisters, Norma Jean Pendergrass and Glenda Cheryl (Bobby) Pendergrass Partin, both of Pikeville; three grandchildren, Derek Wayne Browning, Kellie Ann Browning and Carly Diane Browning; step-granddaughter, Courtney Sue Goodwin; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 13, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel.
Online condolences can be made at reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00-7:30 p.m. CDT.
