Obituary of William Clint Walker
William Clint Walker, age 95, of Pikeville, TN, died Monday, June 11, 2018. He was of the Church of God faith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Hattie Lou Haston Walker; his wife, Maggie Walker; sister, Lillie Mae Davis; and parents, John Alexander and Susie Music Walker.
He is survived by his children, Gladys Whittenburg, Janice (Terry) Wooden, Melvin (Sue) Walker, Sheila (Wendell) Oakes and Roger (Margie) Walker; grandchildren, Diane Hale, Shirley Oakes, Timothy Whittenburg, Barry (Tera) Wooden, Aaron (Amy) Wooden, DeWayne Walker, Chad (Amber Manus) Oakes, Ryan (Kia) Oakes, Travis Walker, Kalvin (Cassie) Walker, Candi (Preston) Moore, Kimberly (Doug) Hensley and Quintion (Tyzie Grissom) Walker; great-grandchildren, MaKayla VanWinkle, Kelsey Whittenburg, Ashlyn and Layla Hale, Dakota, Wyatt, Dalton, Kellee and Kyle Wooden, Kaitee, Mollee, CW, Lakelyn, Krislyn, Rylan, Lilly and Emery Oakes, Haley Tobitt, TJ, Levi and Raylee Walker, Becky and Ethan Carter, Lili Hensley, Noah and Lorie Anna Moore; great-great grandchildren, Arianna VanWinkle, Scarlett Rae Wooden and Jaxon Ewton; sister, Minnie Bell Scott; mother of children, Edna Walker; and good friend, Cleo Beasley.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Wayne Sullivan and Bro. David Morgan officiating. Burial will be in Seals Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. CDT and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. CDT.
