Billie Faye Scruggs Levan, 91, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband of seventy one years, Robert Ivey Levan; two sons, Robert I. Levan II and R. Stephen Levan; parents, Willie D. and Ethel Scruggs, and sister, Lena (Jim) Craven. Those left to cherish her memory are brother, Douglas (Janice) Scruggs, of Whitwell, TN, and several nieces and nephews, Graveside services were held on September 7, 2017, at the Tennessee Gerogia Memorial Park. Arrangements entrusted to Reed Funeral Home, 11675, HWY 28, Whitwell, TN.
