Barbara J. Vine, age 85, of Pikeville, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at her home. Barbara was born February 2, 1932, in Toledo, OH, to Art and Mary Sams. She retired from Owens Corning Fiberglass.
She enjoyed taking photographs and spending time with her family.
