Rosalee Simmons Brown, age 92, of Pikeville, TN went home to be with the Lord February 24, 2017. She was a member of Emmanuel Fellowship Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Authur Brown.
She is survived by her children, Wanda Freeman, Jimmy (Wanda) Brown, Tommy Brown, Sheila (Wayne) Colvard and Iwilla (Jimmy) Lewis of Pikeville, Tn; 13 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; 26 great-great grandchildren; 1 great-great-great grandchild; sister, Myrtie Parker of Norwood, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Pete Brown officiating. The burial will be in Iron Hill Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. The arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Saturday 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. CST and Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. CST.
