Judy Rash, age 69, of Pikeville died Friday, May 13, 2016. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Wilderness Fellowship Church. She was an LPN where she worked at Bledsoe County Nursing Home and Sequatchie County Hospital. She was also the owner of Nursing Systems Staffing Company for twelve years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hank and Ann Abston; and brother, LeAllen McConnell.
Survivors include her sons, Lonny (Linda) Shattuck, Calamesa, CA, Jeffrey Shattuck, McDonald, TN; two grandchildren, Cecilia Shattuck and Michael Shattuck; siblings, Linda (Tony) DeWind, Pikeville, TN, Terry (Jay) Wood, Albany, GA, Dianne (Jim) Jeter, Panama City, FL, Charmayne (Terry) Leard, Marietta, GA, Lori (Jeff) Quick, Pikeville, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Tuesday, May 17, at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Barry Mellor officiating. Burial will be in Dodson Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. CDT.
