Obituary of Priscilla M. Deakins

Priscilla M. Deakins, age 76, of Pikeville died Monday, January 11, 2016 in Rhea County, Tennessee. She was a member of Pikeville United Methodist Church, Bledsoe County Republican Women, BPW, Pikeville Jaycees and UMW. She was the county coordinator for Tennessee Homecoming '86 and was also active in Bledsoe County PTO. Priscilla was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Deakins; parents, John C. Mitchell and Iva Bell Smith; and step-father, Howard M. Smith. Survivors include daughter, Becky D. (Gregg) Ridley of Pikeville; sons, Mike (Sherri) Deakins of Pikeville; Thomas (Kim) Deakins, Farragut, Tennessee; grandchildren, Meghan Deakins, Will (Tiffany) Ridley, John (Ashley) Deakins, Matt Ridley, Ryan Deakins, Kaci, Molly, Elaine and Conner Deakins; great-granddaughter, Rylee Grace Ridley; one sister, Patricia Livesay; and one nephew, Greg Livesay, both of Maryville, Tennessee. Services will be Sunday, January 17, at 2:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Pikeville Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
