mes W. Myers, age 75, of Spencer, TN, died Thursday, September 24, 2015 at his home. He was a member of Mooneyham Freewill Baptist Church.
James is preceded in death by his son, Jeff Myers; mother and father, Vernie and Victor Myers; three brothers, Donnie, Ray and Pete Myers; nephew, Robbie Myers.
Survivors include his sister, June (Larry) Smith, of Spencer; brothers, Charles Myers, Spencer, Bennie (Joyce) Myers, Cookeville; special friend, Beulah Walker, Spencer; grandchildren, Dakota, Kylie, and Samantha Walker; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday, September 28 at 2:00 p.m. CDT at Mooneyham Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Myers Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will begin Saturday at 10:00 a.m. CDT at the church.
