Bertie Lou Nale, age 81, of Dunlap, TN. died early Tuesday morning February 10, 2009 in Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Hopewell Road Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband Harold P. Nale.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary Grace Shields, Murphy, NC; 3 sons, Donnie Miller, Danny Nale and David Nale all of Dunlap; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Grace Dyer, Crossville and Ethel Smith, Dunlap; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Terry Barker officiating. Burial will be in Hixson Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 4:00-9:00 p.m. CST.
