Loretta Ferguson, age 78, of Pikeville, died Tuesday June 16, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Joe Ferguson; parents, Eskol and Mamie Sims; brothers, Haskle Sims, Vestil Sims, and Ivan Sims; sisters, Martha Brown, Bonnie Harvey.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas J. Ferguson, of Pikeville; daughters, Dinah Gail Ferguson, of Dayton, Anita Lockhart, Groveland, FL, Glenda Sue Ferguson, Dayton; son, Terry Lynn Ferguson, Pikeville; sister Estel Newman, Dunlap; brother, Neven Sims, Dunlap; several nieces and nephews. A speical thank you to Josephine Reel for her love, kindness and friendship.
Services will be Saturday, June 20, at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Leroy Smith officiating. Burial will be in Brayton Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CDT.
