Obituary of Ruby Brown

Ruby M. Brown, 82, of Dunlap died Sunday morning, January 18, 2009, at NHC Nursing Home.
She was a member of Dunlap First Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Cherokee Chapter #301.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Anna Burgess Mooneyham; husband, Johnny H. Brown; brothers, Everett Mooneyham, Clyde Mooneyham, and Winfred Wyatt; and sister, Jewell Agee.
She is survived by son, Gary (Linda) Brown, Chattanooga; five grandchildren, Casey (Heather) Brown, Weston, FL, Anita Layne, Dunlap, Amy (Brad) Carver, Jill Sparks, and Meg (Ben) Fugatt, all of Chattanooga; great-grandchildren, Sarah and Hannah Layne, Payton and Reagan Brown, Brandon and Katelyn Carver, Taylor and Madison Sparks, and Will Fugatt.
Funeral services will be at Thursday 10:30 a.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Irvin Detweiler officiating. Burial will be in Sequatchie County Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN.
Family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. CST Wednesday
