Obituary of David LeAllen McConnell

David LeAllen McConnell, affectionally called June Bug by many of his friends, age 53, was born in Sumner County, Galatin, Tennessee, December 2, 1961, and passed away in an area hospital May 9, 2015.
LeAllen served briefly in the United States Army. Most of his life he was a sheet rock installer. The last few years he worked installing stereo systems in vehicles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hank and Ann Abston.
In loving memory of the loving man that he was, he leaves behind Debbie Taylor, his financee, and her kids that loved him, of Chattanooga, TN; a brother, Terry (Jay) Wood, of Albany, GA; sisters, Linda (Tony) De Wind, Lori (Jeff) Quick, Judy Rash, all of Pikeville, TN, Dianne (Jim) Jeter of Panama City, FL, Charmayne (Terry) Leard of Dallas, GA, Kelli Abston, Petesburg, VA; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was truly loved by many friends.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. CDT. Burial will be in Dodson Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwyt 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. CDT at the funeral home.
