Anna Faye Pursley, age 77, of Ringgold, GA, formerly of Dunlap, TN, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and she worked at the Country Bumpkin Restaurant in Ringgold, GA for several years. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Connie Cribbs; parents, W.T. and Mary Pursley; brothers, J.L. Pursley, Leon and Jack Pursley.
She is survived by her husband, Barney Pursley; six daughters, Katherine Cross, Cynthia Longson, both of Dunlap, Billie Ann Boyd, Soddy-Daisy, Jill Pursley, Chattanooga, Kim Hunkapillar , Vero Beach, FL and Marion Marx, Germany; two sons, Anthony Hunkapillar, Dunlap and Joe Pursley, Vero Beach, FL; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Sarah Jo Hicks, Clarksville, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bass officiating. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Thursday 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. CDT.
