Carissa June Martinez, age 19, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away Monday, April 6, 2015 in Dunlap, TN, in an auto accident. She attended Chattanooga State College.
She is survived by her mother, Nancy Myers, Panama City, FL; father, Richard Lee Martinez; brother, Johnny Myers; maternal grandparents, Joe and Marilyn Guzman, Philadelphia, PA; several uncles and cousins.
