Odus Caldwell, age 73, of the Griffith Creek Community, TN died Friday, March 6, 2015 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Odus was a member and elder of the Whitwell Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a member of the Veteran Association and the Vietnam Veteran.
Odus was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Viola Mae Caldwell.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sue Caldwell, daughter, Crystal Deffaratti, grandchildren, Dorian and Nora Deffaratti, and sister Ophelia Bryant.
Funeral services will be held Monday 2:00 p.m. CDT at the Whitwell Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Phillip Layne officiating. Interment will be in the Red Hill Cemetery with military honors provided by the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard . The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4-8PM.
